Valley Medical Associates is located at 200 West Pearl Street on the
south side of Findlay near Blanchard Valley Regional Health Center.

From the North
Take I-75 South to exit 156, SR 15; keeping right, take the first exit,
Lima Ave; turn right at the end of the ramp; follow around to first
light turning right on Western Ave./Lake Cascades Pkwy.; turn right
onto Main St. and follow to Pearl St.; turn right; continue on Pearl
St. past the hospital, directly into the BVMA parking lot.
From the South via I-75
Take I-75 North to Findlay’s first exit 156, SR15; keeping right, take
the first exit, Lima Ave; turn right at the end of the ramp; follow
around to first light turning right on Western Ave./Lake Cascades
Pkwy.; turn right onto Main St. and follow to Pearl St.; turn right;
continue on Pearl St. past the hospital, directly into the BVMA
parking lot.
From the South via State Route 15
Take SR 15 to the Kenton/SR 68 exit; turn right; continue on SR 68 (turns
into Findlay’s Main St.); turn left on Pearl St.; continue on Pearl
St. past the hospital, directly into the BVMA parking lot.
From the West
Coming into Findlay from the west by either SR 12 or SR224, turn right onto
Main St.; go south on Main St. to Pearl St.; turn right; continue on
Pearl St. past the hospital, directly into the BVMA parking lot.
From the East
Arriving in Findlay from the east by either SR 12 or SR 224, turn left onto
Main St.; go south on Main St. to Pearl St.; turn right; continue on
Pearl St. past the hospital, directly into the BVMA parking lot.
Hours
Our office
hours are Monday through Thursday, 8AM to 5PM and Friday from 8AM to
4PM. We are open from 8AM to 11AM on Saturdays for emergency
appointments only.
Each
physician determines his or her own appointment schedule. To find out
available appointment times, call your doctor’s secretary directly
at the number specified on the Contact Us page.
BVMA has
24-hour telephone coverage. If you encounter an urgent but not
life-threatening problem after normal business hours, we ask that you
still call the office number. Our answering service will notify us,
and we will return your call promptly. If faced with a
life-threatening emergency, a telephone call to our office may waste
critical time. Please go directly to the closest emergency facility.
