Clinical Medical Assistant
Responsible for assisting providers with patient care by controlling patient flow, obtaining, and documenting history and vital signs, performing assigned procedures, and providing patient education.

Registered Nurse- Cardiac
Responsible for providing professional nursing care for patients, following established standards and practices. Assist physicians and other staff in coordinating patient care, including assistance with stress testing. Function as primary liaison between patients, staff and physicians. Internal Medicine Physician
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Internal Medicine Provider to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for delivering comprehensive primary care to adult patients in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate is someone who values autonomy, collegiality, and continuity of care, and is committed to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Completes physical assessment and provides appropriate diagnosis.
- Performs diagnostic tests, medical procedures, and follows up with critical results using appropriate protocol.
- Communicates via telephone with patients to discuss patient tests, results, medication refills and other medical questions.
- Support mid-level providers in a collaboration or supervisory role.
- Develops positive patient relations.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited medical school and completeion of an accredited residency program is required
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Ohio is required
- Maintaining license through continuing education, DEA number, and NPI number are required
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physician Assistant Certified / Certified Nurse Practitioner at Blanchard Valley Medical Associates, located in Findlay, OH. The PA/NP will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients, including conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and prescribing medications. Additional duties include performing procedures, documenting patient information, and educating patients on health maintenance and disease prevention. The PA/NP will also collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
